Please follow the steps below to renew your license.
Documents
Do you have furry family members? Please provide a copy of a valid rabies vaccine for each of the dogs and cats living in your home. Snap a picture with your mobile device and submit these documents via email.
Mandatory Classes
Please complete the mandatory training course Psychotropic Medication Training. Snap a screen shot of the completion certificate and submit it via email. If you have already completed any of these courses, please submit your completion certificate.
