Please follow the steps below to renew your license.
Documents
Do you have furry family members? Please provide a copy of a valid rabies vaccine for each of the dogs and cats living in your home. Snap a picture with your mobile device and submit these documents via email.
Mandatory Classes
Please complete the mandatory training course Psychotropic Medication Training. Log in to your My FL account go to Learn>Learning Search> Type: Understanding Psychotropic Medication> Launch. Snap a screen shot of the completion certificate and submit it via email. If you have already completed any of these courses, please submit your completion certificate.
