It is that time of year! Time to renew your foster parent license. Thank you for all you continue to do for the children in our community. Please follow the steps below to renew your license.
Documents
Please provide a copy of a valid driver’s license for each caregiver in your household and a current insurance card for each vehicle associated with your residence. Snap a picture with your mobile device and submit these documents via email.
Mandatory Classes
Please complete the mandatory training course Water Safety for Parents and Caregivers. Snap a screenshot of the completion certificate and submit it via email. If you have already completed any of these courses, please submit your completion certificate.
