I am fortunate to have realized my faith in Christ at an early age, being taught of his immense love and compassion for his children. Henceforth, I’ve made my career working within different capacities of the social service field as an advocate for children, the elderly, and the mentally disabled members of our community.
Born and raised in rural Millen, Georgia, I am a country girl at heart who enjoys the simple things in life. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that my journey would have led me to Tampa, Florida to continue my advocacy. I’m excited to continue to do my part in glorifying God through my role as a Licensing Specialist and work alongside some amazing people who said yes to their calling.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, writing poetry, traveling to new places, and checking adventures off my bucket list. The craziest thing is that for someone who has a fear of heights, I want to travel around the city in a hot air balloon. The only thing I must do now is convince my husband, who also has a fear of heights, that it is a great idea and how romantic it would be to face our fears together.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11.
