I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the team and serve the families of West Florida Foster Care Services.
My husband and I moved to the Tampa Bay area right out of college. He serves as one of the pastors at the church we attend and we have two beautiful children the Lord has blessed us with. Our son, Ethan, is a baseball lover and a joy to be around. We also adopted our daughter Amelia and she has been a joy to gift to our family.
My love for children started when I became a second grade teacher. I did that for 8 years and in that time I also helped several families as they went through the process of adoption. I believe that was when God really started to do a work in my heart to serve children and be involved in supporting adoption and foster care. We adopted our daughter soon after that and since then I truly believe God has called me to serve and support families that go through the adoption or foster care process.
My heart’s desire is that each child God brings along our path would see the love that God has for them. I want to support the families that have joined that mission in whatever way God will use me. For that reason, I am humbled and excited to be a part of the team at West Florida Foster Care Services.
